How to track m&a activity

Expected Behavior Not really a bug, more like a missing feature (or dumb user). How do I track m&a. Specifically I had some Afterpay (APT) which became SQ2 (now XYZ, confusingly) shares at 0.375 ratio. So I have my Buy transactions for APT, and then on 01/02/2022 they became SQ2 shares (which later got renamed to XYZ, but that's another issue). How do I track that in Navexa correctly? Thanks
