Sync Delay

Added my first account link to Kraken. Seems stuck forever at "Awaiting first sync". There is no way I can see to force the sync, why not? Also, when I select "Sync from" 19/08/2025 - which is the day I become a tax resident - it then says "Sync From 18/08/2025", why? This is not the date I selected. So, do I need to select the day after (20/08/2025) if I want it to include only transactions from the day before? If I disable and re-enable the sync, it then changes from "Awaiting first sync" to "Sync scheduled"... scheduled for when? I don't understand why you've made this interface so vague and difficult... Why does it sit there doing nothing? Note I have limited the API key's window of validity to 19/08/2025-30/06/2026, which is the upcoming tax year - not sure if this is why it is sitting there without moving... why would you make a new customer wait so long with no way to progress, wouldn't you want to show off your tech as soon as possible?
