Add support for Betashares Direct EOFY "Detailed Tax Statement"

Betashares Direct users can request a Detailed Tax Statement with the components of their holdings from BD Customer Support at the end of the financial year after all the statements are ready. It would save me and those other BD users a lot of time if Navexa could import the CSV Betashares Direct sends us as it has all the information to confirm dividends and populate AMIT statements. If I'm not saving time, why am I even here right?
