Date and Portfolio Selections Don't refresh

When you select a different tax year from the reports page, the page doesn't refresh. Also, if there is a holding that multiple portfolios have, and you are on the "Holding" page, when you change to a different portfolio in the top right corner, the holding doesnt refresh to represent the value etc in the other portfolio.
