Portfolio Valuation can't set date prior to 2015

Can't filter date prior to 2015 when portfolio extends back prior. Where is it happening? Platform: Web Browser (if Web): Mozilla Firefox (Linux) Steps to reproduce Go to Portfolio Valuation click on date entry box select year entry box cannot access years prior to 2015. Expected result What should happen?Be able to access all dates the portfolio exists for including the day before the first entry
