Add shortcuts to the income tab

Where the three dots are to edit the income for a distribution/dividend provide several shortcuts to negate the need to enter the Edit dialog. In addition to the existing 'Notes' and 'Confirmed' indicators, provide: Trust income (tick box), Dividend reinvested (tick box), Exclude from tax (tick box), Attach file (paper clip icon. Gray for no attachment present and to add one, green for attachment present). This is much easier to manipulate this data. It is also much faster to verify the status of each distribution/dividend. Also on the trades tab provide an Attach file shortcut (paper clip style again).
