Add a TFN withholding tax field to Cash Account interest transactions.

Chosen area: Tax & reporting Why does this matter? Currently, Cash Accounts only allow the net interest received to be recorded. There is no way to record TFN withholding tax that has been deducted by the bank. This means users cannot accurately track gross interest income and tax withheld within Navexa, even though this functionality already exists for income payments on holdings. What should it look like? Add an optional TFN withholding tax field to Cash Account interest transactions. Navexa could then calculate: Gross Interest = Net Interest Received + TFN Withholding Tax This would allow users to track: Gross interest earned Tax withheld by the bank Net interest received within the Cash Account. Example (optional) Gross interest earned = $100 TFN withholding tax = $30 Net interest received = $70 Navexa records all three values and reports the correct gross income and withholding tax figures. Extra details (optional) This functionality already exists for income payments on holdings via the TFN Withholding Tax field. Extending the same concept to Cash Account interest transactions would provide consistency across the platform.
