Enhance IBKR CSV importer: auto-map EU exchange codes and add clear guidance

What would you like Navexa to do? Enhance the IBKR CSV importer to automatically recognize and map European exchange codes from IBKR exports, including common aliases and MICs (e.g., LSE/XLON, XETRA/XETR, Euronext venues). When an exchange cannot be auto-mapped, show an inline, actionable message that identifies the affected rows/fields, suggests likely exchanges, and provides a searchable dropdown to select the correct code. Include a preview step to confirm mappings before import. Why would this be useful? IBKR CSVs often use exchange labels that differ from Navexa’s supported codes, causing “unsupported European exchanges” errors and requiring manual trial-and-error. Automatic mapping plus clear guidance would reduce import friction, prevent errors, and lower support workload while improving first-time import success and user confidence. What would the ideal outcome look like? A user uploads an IBKR CSV with European trades and the importer normalizes exchange codes automatically. If any entries remain unmapped, the importer flags them with precise guidance, proposes likely matches, and lets the user quickly pick the correct exchange for one or all matching rows. The user reviews a preview of mapped exchanges and completes the import without errors. Applied mappings are logged for audit and support. Support common mappings such as: LSE/XLON; XETRA/XETR/DE; Euronext (XPAR, XAMS, XBRU, XMIL, XLIS); SIX/XSWX; OMX/Nasdaq Nordic (XSTO, XCSE, XHEL, XICE). Where available, use ISIN, currency, and region to refine suggestions. Provide a help link explaining supported codes and formats. Optionally allow users to save new mappings for future IBKR imports.
