Billing & Subscription page redirects, half-loads, and shows greyed controls

What went wrong? The Billing & Subscription page briefly appears, does not fully load, and then redirects to another screen. When it does appear, some controls are greyed/locked with no error message. This prevents access to billing and subscription settings. Where is it happening? Settings > Billing & Subscription Platform: Not specified Browser or device: Not specified Steps to reproduce: Sign in with email and password. Navigate to Settings > Billing & Subscription. Observe the page briefly render, then auto-redirect to another screen; if the page remains, multiple controls are greyed/locked with no explanation. Expected result: The Billing & Subscription page loads completely and remains on that page for authorized users. Billing and subscription controls are interactive for users with access. If access is restricted, a clear, actionable error message explains why and what to do next (instead of silent redirect or unexplained greyed controls). Actual result: Page flashes/partially loads and then redirects away to a different screen. Controls appear greyed/locked without any error message.
