Fix unclickable 'Not required' and persistent blue banner in Income tab

What went wrong? As a user on the Income tab, I need to mark income as Not required to dismiss the blue warning banners and proceed. The Not required option is not clickable, and attempting to select it returns me to the Income tab without clearing the banner. Where is it happening? Platform: Unspecified Browser or device: Unspecified Steps to reproduce: Navigate to the Income tab where the blue warning banner prompts for action. Attempt to click/tap the Not required option to dismiss the warning. The app returns to the Income tab but the banner remains; repeating the attempt yields the same result. Expected result: The Not required option is clickable/tappable; selecting it dismisses the blue warning banner and allows progression. The dismissal persists across navigation/reload. Actual result: The Not required option is unclickable; clicking it bounces back to the Income tab without clearing the banner. The blue warning persists across repeated attempts, blocking progress.
