Date picker needs Year selection - Reviewing prior financial years so tedious as to be unusable

Other than for last financial year, looking at activity and performance for individual financial years requires use of the Custom Range, and the date picker requires you to slowly click back a month at a time (eg 60 times for 5 years ago!) and then forward another 12 months. I've flagged this as a bug because I don't reckon it was as tedious as this before the major refresh a few months ago. Options such as "Last 3 years" and "Last 10 years" are not suitable both because they don't align with the FY and because they are aggregate rather than single year at a time. Obviously this isn't an issue on the tax reporting pages because they have a FY drop down.
