Clone portfolio not working

What went wrong? Attempting to clone portfolio does nothing Where is it happening? Portfolio > manage portfolios Platform: Web Browser or device: Brave and Chrome (latest versions) Steps to reproduce: Try this path: Click the portfolio selector Select Manage Portfolios Find the portfolio Click Actions → Clone and confirm Yes, Duplicate Expected result: A duplicate portfolio to appear in the list Actual result: Nothing, no extra/duplicate portfolio appears. Had 9 of 10 portfolios prior to clone, have 9 of 10 portfolios post clone. Have gone through Fin and James to troubleshoot. James said he'd get the team to duplicate the portfolio I needed but haven't had any progression on that one. I've developed an dashboard and auditor that uses the Navexa api to get my data so really need a cloned portfolio to test on. Screenshot, screen recording, or error message:
