Cash Accounts - cannot change sync to different account

Expected Behavior On the portfolio settings screen, when the user changes the Trades or Payouts selection from an existing account to a different account, the previously sync'd transactions should 'move' from one cash account to the other. Current Behavior Nothing happens even when going into either old or new cash account and selecting the sync date again on Manage Sync Automation. The only thing that 'works' is selecting an earlier sync date - the new account then gets transactions up to the previously selected date. Possible Solution If it is 'too hard' to allow the user to reallocate cash accounts to sync - disable the drop-down box after the first selection.
