Search function idiosyncrasies

Firstly, I love the ability type in a code and then jump straight to any one of a number of holdings. Don’t ever get rid of that. However: I find typing two letters of a code is the only reliable way. Typing three letters will return no results more often than not. Although it sometimes works and I haven’t been able to see the pattern. Typing in the code with the market does not work (eg WBC:ASX) Secondly, is there meant to be a full text search? Clicking on the word ‘search’ or the magnifying glass does nothing for me. I can only click on the Forward Slash, and I cannot full text search – ie ‘Westpac’ returns no results, but WBC does.
