Navigation - Date range to 'stick' when changing pages

The date range selected on the main portfolio page is retained when you drill down into an individual holding. It would be a much nicer user experience if this was extended to the rest of the functions, such that when you move from one report to another, including to and from the portfolio page, the current date range is applied. At the moment there seems to be a variety of different defaults.
