Specific identification method (parcels) - UI feedback, make it a button.

I'm not a fan of the 'click on trade to enter data' design. It's not intuative - to someone looking for the feature there is nothing visible. For me I wasn't looking for anything to do with tax, I just clicked on a buy trade and wondered what I had done. It makes it impractical for the user to select, eg a trade date, from the page to copy & paste. It is only relevant to sell trades, but the 3 line space still opens up with "Trade Type not supported" for other trades. I think it should just be a button like the edit button (or a +), and it should only appear for Sell trades.
