Add Benchmark MSCI Leaders Index

Currently there are no ESG benchmenchs. I aim to invest ethically. This strikes me as the best index to use but I'm open to others - it has a longer history than some of the competitors. For the moment, I'm using the WXOX (SPDR S&P World Ex Australia Fund). https://www.msci.com/msci-esg-leaders-indexes
