Better Crypto Dust Support

For those of you with crypto investments, you may ahve come across a scenario that involves crypto dust. Crypto dust is tiny amounts of quantity that get left over after various transactions. This was causing Navexa to display warnings about an invalid quantity. Now Navexa ignores crypto dust and no longer displays the warnings.
