Navexa is stuck and won't let me load trades

Expected Behavior Load trade feature should be available and work Current Behavior Navexa has been come stuck saying it is loading trades for more than an hour! Possible Solution make surre navexa doesnt get stuck loading trades. That process should time out if there is a problem Steps to Reproduce I forwarded one recent trade confirmation email to the email link for my account I went to my trading account and downloaded CSV files for my past trades I checked back with Navexa and confirmed the one trade sent by email has been added to my portfolio I then deleted that one trade as the data was in teh CSV files I had downloaded from my trading account I then went to try and load the CSV files but Navexa is stuck saying it is loading my trading data. Its been this way for more than an hour Context (Environment) I am unable to laod any of my existing trades Make sure Navexa timesout when loading data from emails or CSV files rather than getting stuck trying to load data.
