Mildly annoying scrolling issue

After entering numbers into the respective box (e.g. quantity) you have to move the mouse out of the box before you start scrolling otherwise the input numbers will start sliding up or down based on your scroll direction. Why is this a necessary feature though? I doubt that many people would use this feature consistently since purchased quanttiy and especially stock price almost always requires decimal inputs anyway. Maybe they do but I don't. Not too bothered if nothing changes though I can get used to it.
