Degiro broker import: dividend tax

Using the broker connection with Degiro, it correctly imports dividends, but not dividend tax. The dividend tax appears as a separate line, and for some users the tax can range from 15-30%. At the moment the dividend shows up as gross dividend, the net dividend is less than what is displayed in Navexa. Solution: add dividend tax as negative dividend trades during the sync
