Change column Value to Market Value and add column Cost

In Portfolio overview the column 'Value' displays the total market value so that column should be renamed as "Market Value". A new column titled Cost should be added between Quantity and the new 'Market Value' and displaying the total we paid for the stock as $ value worked out as 'Avg Buy Price' multiplied by Quantity. It allows us, the users, to clearly see the overal financial position of a stock and correlate it to the value of the Capital Gains $. It's helpful considering there is no Grand Total in each stock's 'Trades' data grid.
