SelfWealth Broker Import Not Working

Hi, I recently updgraded from a free trial to paid account. Since then the SelfWealth broker import does not work. I export the data exactly as described. In the Import trades screen shows the information correctly however when I click add it does add any trades at all. I have tried several things: Removing the header from the .csv Importing a .csv I had used previously when I started my free trial (which worked perfectly previously). Removed all trades in my portfolio and reimporting everything. Signing out of account on all devices several times. Adding only a few trades in. This bug has only occured since I converted my account from free trial to paid account. Payment has gone through successfully and Nevexa shows my current active etc.
