Tracking of investments with margin lending

I do my investments using margin lending. Of course I get interest charge but it is tax deductible and they offset income from holdings. So published rate is not really the one which is actually paid: it depends on my tax rate. Also I am interested to chart equity over time. In all: having to figure out equity and actual income clouds real performance and thus I see it as a great fit for Navexa to track.
