Crypto Holding improvements

Support assigning Crypto to Accounts/Wallets (similar to how I could hold BHP at two different brokers), but for Crypto allow to define a wallet - eg 'Cold Wallet #2' Tie this in to Transfer Out/Transfer In, which then makes sense eg You Transfer Out for coinjar, and transfer in to 'Cold Wallet #2', ideally both entries are created from one data entry. Can then show current worth for different wallets (something not possible right now, and a product gap).
