Confirmation/contract notes with DvP ticker not working

When participating in a placement (rather than an on market purchase), the temporary DvP (direct vs payment) ticker isn't being processed by the contract note importer and therefore won't generate a trade and needs to be entered manually. Eg. ticker for ASX settling via DvP would come through as ASXXX or ASXYY or ASXZZ As the majority of our "Buy" activity takes place this way, it means a much more manual process for me.
