Select certain parcels to simulate tax before sale.

It would be great to have the added benifit on the unrealised gains tax report page to have the ability to check a box beside the parcells you would like to sell. Then you could generate a report showing not only your expected capital gain but also the total number of parcels to sell for each holding.
