Target weightings

Feature request It would be good to apply a target weighting of a holding and get some alerts when you are under or over target, and some details about how much over you are in terms of $$ or units on the target. Area (pick one) Chosen area: Portfolio Why does this matter? It helps to manage portfolio weightings over time and provides data on how to remediate towards a target weighting. It also would tie into your goals (where you can configure a weighting already, but I can't see that anything else is done with that number). What should it look like? Probably just a table of data like the "holdings" table under portfolio, but with configurable target weightings and then calculations on dollars or units over or underweight.
