Add ability to set dividend reinvestment as default for dividend payment confirmations

Add the ability to set dividend reinvestment as the default option when confirming dividend payments. Currently I need to update each dividend payment and set "Dividend Reinvested = true" for all of my divident payments. Being able to just select "Confirm" and have this set by default would be very useful for my circumstances.
